Author's Apologies

Hi I'm Sophie the author (hope this is the right spelling!) of this blog. I'm really sorry to all of you 723 people who kindly take time out of your wonderful, worth-living lives to read about my ideas and opinions right here at charmmykittyblog.  I feel awful about not having posted anything for ages now and I promise I can make it up to you with some daily posts and gradually fade into weekly and mounthly posts. The Mystery Behide Chesire Cat's Grin

Cheshire Cat Quotes

“And how do you know that you're mad? "To begin with," said the Cat, "a dog's not mad. You grant that?" I suppose so, said Alice. "Well then," the Cat went on, "you see a dog growls when it's angry, and wags it's tale when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad.”

"But I don't want to go among mad people" Alice remarked. "Oh you cant help that" said the cat "Were all mad here"

Hi guys its moi sorry about having not posted for so long! Guess what the views are 310! This is about The Cheshire Cat and the mystery behind his grin. Described as Crescent moon and a banana with a somewhat sense of mystery about it. The mystery started with Lewis Carroll's somewhat mad book (you've guessed it) ALICE IN WONDERLAND. Which eventually was made into a film. But what I think the real mystery is what we find so mystical about . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Palu and The Catti Tribe

Palu is the Celtic Cat Goddess like Bastet is the Egyptian Cat Goddess. There is a lot of debate if she even was believed then but it still remains a unanswered question lingering in peoples mind because of the one and only reason, history but things come to those who wait and all will be revealed.

In the Celtic time there was a tribe called The Catti-Tribe (sometimes called The CatPeople.) in honour of Palu. It was based in Ireland and of course they dressed as cats! And it is believed that in some dark corner where people aren't looking they still practise there believes now in 2013.They believed that if you stared into a cats eye for long enough they'd turn into a portal into what the call the Faery Realms. It is said that Halloween was invented by The Celts as a holiday for cats and Pagans then made it The Night of The Dead to Rise, monsters, witches and finally cats. There is also some archaeological evidence to suggest that when The Celts travelled on The Nile and that they gave the idea to The Egyptians to worship cats and have a Egyptian goddess for her! They had a name for Bastet it was Jblstatues in The Celtic times. this all started all before there where domesticated cats so all the cats they knew were lepords, cheetah, tiger, lynx, panther, puma, lion, bobcats. There are some pictures at the bottom.
